The Ramsay Report

August 4, 2020

Article by: Stephanie Hornback

Good morning All Saints' Family and Friends!

We are so excited to bring back our weekly parish update, now officially called The Ramsay Report, in loving memory of our dear lifelong parishioner and friend Tom Ramsay who passed away earlier this year.

It's been a hot, muggy summer and this past Sunday, August 2, was no exception.

The Ninth Sunday after Pentecost, our online service was streamed live at 10:00 a.m.  Thank you again to the Byrnes, Deacon Marjorie and Arkady for bringing All Saints Episcopal Bayside to each of us in our homes this week.

The opening hymn was "Shepherd of Souls, Refresh and Bless." The sequence hymn was "How Great Thou Art."  The Gospel reading was from Matthew 14:13-21.  The morning's sermon was delivered by Deacon Marjorie.  The offertory hymn was "Spirit Song." The communion hymn was "O Food to Pilgrims Given."  The closing hymn was "Guide Me O, Thou Great Jehovah."

If you missed Sunday's service, you can catch the replay here.
We've also attached a copy of the bulletin.
