Good Morning All Saints’ Family,
I hope everyone had a blessed and Happy Thanksgiving. Sunday morning was sunny and spring like. There were 8 people at the 8:00 am service and 53 in attendance at the 10:00 am service. It was the Last Sunday After Pentecost:Christ The King. The Processional Hymn was, “Crown Him With Many Crowns” and the Sequence Hymn was, “Christ Is The King, O Friends Upraise.” The Gospel Reading was from John 18:33-37.
Pilate entered the headquarters again, summoned Jesus, and asked him, “Are you the King of the Jews?” Jesus answered, “Do you ask this on your own, or did others tell you about me?” Pilate replied, “I am not a Jew, am I? Your own nation and the chief priests have handed you over to me. What have you done?” Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not from this world. If my kingdom were from this world, my followers would be fighting to keep me from being handed over to the Jews. But as it is, my kingdom is not from here.” Pilate asked him, “So you are a king?” Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. For this I was born, and for this I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who belongs to the truth listens to my voice.”
The Altar flowers, Sanctuary Lamp, Vigil Lamp and the bread and wine of the Eucharist were given by Shirley and Michael DellaVecchia to the glory of God and in celebration of the birthdays of Gerard and James Osborne.
The Coffee Hour was once again, full of chatter and laughter, as our parishioners greeted one another. The Coffee Hour was hosted by Michele Stewart. There were brownies, cakes, cookies, fruit and yogurt for all to enjoy with their coffee or tea.
Meanwhile, the Christmas pageant rehearsals continued in church with our Church School students and staff. It was another beautiful Sunday at All Saints’!

Volunteer to help staff a table or activity, especially at lunch time to relieve the fulltime workers, help set-up and clean-up on Thursday, Saturday or Sunday, help publicize the event and show up and shop!
