Warm up with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, and homemade baked goods—or enjoy a light lunch served by our team of merry “elves.”

🎁 Holly Shops at All Saints
Downstairs in the parish hall you’ll find one-of-a-kind handmade crafts, Elsie’s Emporium (new and gently used treasures), sparkling Estate Jewelry, and the always-popular Children’s Corner, where kids can shop for family gifts and enjoy seasonal activities.

A favorite stop for families! Snap a keepsake photo with Santa and capture the magic of the season.

  • When: Saturday, December 5, 2026 ‱ 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
  • Where: All Saints Episcopal Church, 214-35 40th Avenue, Bayside, NY 11361
  • Admission: Free and open to all ages
  • Parking & Transit: Street parking available; conveniently close to the Q31 and Q13 buses and just a short walk from the LIRR Bayside Station

Information for Vendors

  • Spaces
    • 8 Outdoor spots are still available—rain, shine, or snow! First come, first served and non-refundable. All vendors are asked to either bring or rent a pop-up tent (no larger than 10×10). A limited number of tents are available from All Saints.
    • Indoor vendor space is sold out.
  • Deadline: Payment and contract due by 10:00 p.m., Friday, December 4, 2026.
    Please note: Vendor reservations are only held upon reception of payment.

How to Reserve a Vendor Spot

  1. Request a Vendor Contract
    Email allsaintsbayside@gmail.com with:
    • Your name and business name
    • Indoor or outdoor preference (note that outdoor space remains)
    • Tent rental request, if needed
    • Any unloading or disability-parking needs

  1. Submit Payment
    Pay online at AllSaintsEpiscopalBayside.org/Donate
    • Include: “Holly Bazaar, Your Name, Your Organization” in the note box.
      Or mail a check (payable to All Saints Episcopal Church) with your completed contract to:
